Annual Meeting + Wisdom Roundtables

Join us for our chapter’s annual meeting. Your board members will brief you on the ‘state of the chapter’ and invite you to participate in the chapter planning for the next two years.

The annual meeting will be followed by our Wisdom Roundtables.

Participate in interactive presentations during this 90-minute program. The focus will be on Assessments Coaches Use: What they are, how they are used by coaches, and how to incorporate them in your coaching practice. Each presentation will be led by a past president (or other board member) of the Indianapolis Chapter ICF who will share one or more helpful tools to help you coach clients more effectively. Start the year with new tools for your coaching business!

Coaching With The Brain In Mind | David Rock

In today’s complex and socially interdependent workplace, the ability to effectively coach others has become a precious resource. Though there are many coaching frameworks out there, few take into account the inner-workings of the brain as a coaching conversation is happening.

Dr. David Rock, Director of NeuroLeadership Institute, will provide a comprehensive overview of the decades of research that has led to a brain-based coaching methodology aimed at identifying impasses, facilitating insight, motivating action, and creating sustainable habits in others.
